I’ve been recovering from a traumatic brain injury and injury to my right leg for the last three years, and have realized there’s a huge difference between care taker and control taker. Thankfully, most of the doctors and therapists I’ve seen have been amazing, but also there have been some dehumanizing moments. Thanks for your advocacy to improve care so that patients are first.
